Timothy D. Cutts is the owner of our company. He is 43 years old and has a BBA degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University. After college, USFL agents pursued Tim to play professional football in New Jersey. For the next two years he was a professional punter. His aggressive, can-do attitude led him to the trucking industry. After football he began his career in the trucking industry with Roadway Express in Memphis, TN

For two years he supervised the dock and 40 employees.. Hard work and long days were nothing new to this athlete from a small farming community in Mississippi. Tonya L. Cutts is our Office Manager. Together, Tim and Tonya have three children, two boys and one girl. After college at the University of Memphis, Tonya forcefully sought employment at Fedex and achieved her goal. During her nine years with Fedex she had three promotions. She was chosen based on her performance to spearhead many new projects and positions. Her flexibility enabled career path progression in many areas: Corporate Traffic, Invoice Adjustments, National Accounts, Public Relations including Memphis- hub tours, implementation of pricing programs, compensation programs, customer service, international documentation help desk, courier programs, etc. She demonstrates the type of communication and experience that you have come to expect with Fortune 500 companies, but doesn't sacrifice the "one-on-one" personal attention that large companies sometimes forfeit with call centers, etc.

Steve Hughes is a Broker/ Dispatcher. Steve attended Holmes Community College and the University of South Alabama. Steve has 19 years of retail management experience which makes him very adept in problem solving and load scheduling. Steve also has a background in sales and various business enterprises that have lend itself to Steve's communication skills. Steve is married with two children and is an avid sports fan. He is very active in his local community and church.

Sue Tarver is a Broker/Dispatcher who specializes in Logistics Consulting. She has 20 years of experience in the consulting field with companies such as Cap Gemini, EDS, CenturyTel and has worked with Fortune 500 companies all across the United States and abroad. Sue has a BA in Education from Mississippi State University and a Master's Degree from LSU. Sue is an accomplished musician and is active in her local community and church.

John Lance is a Broker/Dispatcher. He is married and has three children. John has 25 years of Management, Sales, Shipping and Receiving experience with Packaging Corporation of America. John attended Holmes Community College. He is also an avid sports fan who is also active in his local community and church.

Lisa Algood is our Billing Specialist. Lisa performs so many office functions and concentrates on so many other duties (so that our dispatchers can do their jobs - MOVE YOUR FREIGHT) that we quite honestly, don't know how she gets it all done! Lisa has two children, very active in community and church, and is a joy to have on staff.

Jerry Thomas is our Information Specialist. Jerry specializes in computer networking, computer support and systems analysis. He currently holds several certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA to go along with numerous vendor specific certifications from IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark. Jerry keeps us up and running and our office is literally leaps and bounds ahead of the average small business. Many times, we have customers, vendors, and consignees tell us "you guys move in big ways". We have heard this over and over again. Currently he is installing on-line tracking on our web page and several other system enhancements.
